Frequently asked
questions.

The seven things every new client wants to know before we get started. Don't see your question? Send it over — we'll answer it within one business day.

Every project moves through four phases: Discovery (we learn your goals, audience, and brand), Pre-Production (concept, script, storyboards, casting, locations), Production (our crew, our gear, on your set), and Post (edit, color, sound, motion, finishing). You'll have a dedicated producer as your single point of contact the entire way through.

We publish honest starting numbers — retainers from $2,000/mo and custom one-off projects scoped to your vision. We don't believe in mystery quotes. Your investment is defined upfront based on the scope, scale, and complexity needed to deliver a stunning final product. No hidden fees, ever.

Most social cuts and short-form deliverables land 10 business days after the shoot. Full brand films and campaigns typically take 4–6 weeks from production day to final delivery. Rush timelines are available on a case-by-case basis.

Every package includes two rounds of revisions on each deliverable. We frontload approval at the rough-cut stage so revisions stay focused and you don't burn rounds on small tweaks. Additional rounds are available at an hourly rate.

Local Minneapolis–St. Paul shoots include travel within a 30-mile radius. Beyond that, travel, lodging, and location/permit fees are itemized in your estimate before the project is greenlit — never invoiced as a surprise after the fact.

You do. On delivery, you receive full usage rights to the final cuts for your brand's use across all channels. Standard packages include 12 months of paid-media rights; the Studio tier includes perpetual, worldwide rights. Music and stock licensing are clearly itemized.

You'll receive web-optimized MP4s sized for every channel (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, plus broadcast masters when needed). Raw camera footage and project files are available as an add-on — most clients don't need them, but we'll always archive your project for two years in case you do.
